Principal's Message

Dear K. Tarver Families, Happy New Year! As we begin this exciting new chapter together, I want to take a moment to welcome everyone back and share how proud I am of our students and staff. The start of a new year always brings renewed energy, fresh goals, and many opportunities for growth. Over the coming months, our classrooms will continue to be filled with meaningful learning experiences, creativity, collaboration, and a strong focus on helping every child reach their full potential. Our teachers are working diligently to support students academically, socially, and emotionally, ensuring that school remains a safe, engaging, and nurturing place for all learners. As we move forward, we are also approaching testing season. While assessments are an important way for us to measure progress and guide instruction, we want to emphasize that our focus remains on supporting the whole child. Encouraging healthy routines, positive attitudes, and consistent attendance will go a long way in helping students feel confident and prepared. We are grateful for the continued partnership between home and school. Your involvement, encouragement, and support make a tremendous difference in your child’s success.
